The Collective
1. Purpose:
This agreement releases The Collective, its instructors, facilitators, and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "the Program") from any liability for personal, professional, or business outcomes resulting from participation in the six-month program. By signing this agreement, participants acknowledge their sole responsibility for decisions, actions, and results arising from the application of the Program's teachings and materials.
2. Acknowledgment of Risk:
Participants understand that starting and running a business involves inherent risks, including but not limited to financial loss, market challenges, and operational obstacles. The Program provides tools, strategies, and guidance but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Indemnification:
By enrolling in the Program, participants agree to assume full responsibility for their actions and decisions, whether based on information from the Program or other sources. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Program and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Program.
4. No Guarantees:
The Program does not guarantee financial success, business profitability, or personal satisfaction as outcomes of participation. All results depend on the participant's unique circumstances, dedication, and efforts.
5. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the State ofUtah.
6. Confidentiality:
The Collective values and protects the confidentiality of all participants. The Program will not disclose any confidential business, financial, or personal information shared by participants during the course of the program without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
Participants agree to respect the intellectual property and proprietary materials of The Collective and other participants. This includes, but is not limited to, strategies, frameworks, templates, and any other program content provided during sessions. Such materials may not be shared, reproduced, or disseminated without explicit prior written permission.
Participants further agree not to disclose or share any confidential or sensitive information provided by other participants during group discussions, workshops, or collaborative activities.
Each participant is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and respectful environment to foster trust and mutual support throughout the Program.
7. Scope of Services:
Participants will receive access to The Collective curriculum for a term of one year from date of registration; curriculum will be released at a cadence solely determined by The Collective.
In addition to the curriculum, participants will receive a logo, visual brand kit (fonts and colors), and a basic website (3 pages, Wix template) and may have up to 3 rounds of revisions.
8. Refund Policy:
By enrolling in The Collective, participants acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of this program—including access to digital resources, group coaching, and proprietary materials—refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in availability, dissatisfaction, or non-participation.
